1. About NEET BAND

NEET BAND is an educational learning platform that combines curriculum-aligned study songs, study notes, practice questions, quizzes, and other learning resources to make learning and revision more engaging, memorable, and accessible.

Our study songs use rhythm, repetition, lyrics, and audio-based learning to help students revise and recall academic concepts.

NEET BAND is intended as a supplementary learning resource. It does not replace textbooks, classroom teaching, coaching, self-study, problem-solving practice, or appropriate academic guidance.

2. Eligibility and Use by Minors

You may independently enter into these Terms only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may use NEET BAND only with the knowledge, consent, and appropriate supervision of your parent or legal guardian.

A parent or legal guardian should review and agree to these Terms on behalf of a minor and is responsible for supervising the minor's use of NEET BAND.

Any purchase or paid subscription made by or for a user under 18 years of age must be made or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether the content and services available through NEET BAND are appropriate for the child under their supervision.

3. Account Registration

Certain NEET BAND features may require you to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and reasonably up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

You should notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

• contain materially false or misleading information;
• violate these Terms;
• misuse the platform;
• unlawfully share paid content;
• attempt to bypass advertisements, payment controls, subscription restrictions, or security measures; or
• engage in activity that may harm NEET BAND or its users.

4. Free Access, Advertisements and Paid Subscriptions

NEET BAND may provide certain content or features free of charge. Free access may include advertisements, sponsor messages, or other promotional content.

We may also offer paid subscription plans providing benefits such as ad-free or reduced-ad listening, access to premium content, additional learning resources, member benefits, or other features described at the time of purchase.

The availability, features, eligibility, pricing, and benefits associated with free and paid plans may change from time to time.

Paid plans may include monthly, yearly, or other subscription periods.

Before purchasing a subscription, users will be shown the applicable price, billing period, and material features of the selected plan.

5. Payments

Payments made through NEET BAND may be processed by authorised third-party payment gateways or payment service providers.

By making a payment, you also agree to any applicable terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.

NEET BAND generally does not directly receive or store complete card, UPI, net-banking, or similar payment credentials where these are processed directly by the payment service provider.

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Applicable fees, taxes, or other charges, where relevant, will be displayed at or before checkout.

6. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Where NEET BAND offers a recurring subscription and you expressly authorise recurring billing, your subscription may automatically renew according to the billing cycle disclosed at the time of purchase.

The applicable renewal terms and available cancellation options will be displayed during purchase, through your account, or through the relevant payment provider.

You may cancel an eligible recurring subscription using the available cancellation mechanism.

Cancellation generally stops future billing but does not, by itself, create an entitlement to a refund for a subscription period already paid for, except where:

• our Refund Policy provides otherwise;
• we expressly agree to provide a refund; or
• a refund is required under applicable law.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the NEET BAND Refund Policy, the terms disclosed at the time of purchase, and applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy, subscription fees may become non-refundable after access to premium digital content has been activated or substantially used, except where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law.

If payment has been successfully deducted but the corresponding subscription or access has not been activated because of a technical issue, please contact us with the relevant transaction information so that we can investigate and resolve the matter.

Approved refunds will be processed according to applicable law and the procedures of the relevant payment provider.

8. Educational Disclaimer

NEET BAND is designed to support learning, revision, memorisation, and recall.

We do not guarantee:

• improvement in examination marks;
• success in NEET, JEE, school examinations, board examinations, or other competitive examinations;
• admission to any school, college, institution, or programme;
• complete coverage of every textbook, curriculum, syllabus, topic, or chapter;
• that listening to study songs alone is sufficient for academic success; or
• any particular educational or examination outcome.

Students should use NEET BAND together with appropriate reading, classroom learning, practice, revision, problem-solving, mock examinations, and guidance from teachers, parents, mentors, or other appropriate educational professionals.

9. Accuracy of Educational Content

We make reasonable efforts to provide educational content that is accurate, useful, curriculum-relevant, and student-friendly.

However, educational material may occasionally contain errors, omissions, simplifications, differences in terminology, interpretation differences, or content that requires updating.

Students should verify important academic concepts, especially for examinations, against applicable official textbooks, prescribed syllabi, school materials, teachers, coaching materials, or other reliable educational sources.

If you identify a suspected error in NEET BAND content, you may report it to us. We may review, correct, update, or clarify the content where appropriate.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content available through NEET BAND—including study songs, audio recordings, lyrics, study notes, questions, quizzes, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, designs, software interfaces, educational material, branding, and website content—is owned by WisdomArrow Ventures Private Limited, its licensors, or other applicable rights holders.

Your subscription or access to NEET BAND gives you a limited right to use applicable content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

Except where expressly permitted by us or by applicable law, you may not:

• copy;
• reproduce;
• download;
• record;
• rip or extract;
• distribute;
• upload;
• republish;
• sell;
• sublicense;
• publicly perform;
• modify;
• commercially exploit; or
• otherwise make NEET BAND content available to others

without appropriate written permission from NEET BAND or the relevant rights holder.

11. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• share your account credentials in violation of your subscription terms;
• resell or redistribute NEET BAND content;
• unlawfully record, download, rip, extract, or reproduce audio or other content;
• bypass advertisements, payment restrictions, subscription controls, digital rights management, or access restrictions;
• use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated extraction tools, or unauthorised reverse-engineering methods;
• introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or harmful files;
• interfere with the operation or security of NEET BAND;
• attempt unauthorised access to accounts, servers, systems, or restricted content;
• use NEET BAND for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful purposes; or
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights belonging to NEET BAND or another party.

Violation of these restrictions may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of access, subject to applicable law.

12. User Content, Feedback and Testimonials

If you voluntarily provide comments, suggestions, corrections, ideas, or other feedback about NEET BAND, we may use that feedback to evaluate, develop, improve, and operate our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

Content submitted by users must not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate material.

Where you provide a testimonial, photograph, video, review, or other material intended for public promotional use, NEET BAND will use such material in accordance with the consent or authorisation provided by you.

Where the person featured is a minor, appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian may be required before promotional publication.

13. Advertisements and Sponsored Content

Free or other eligible access to NEET BAND may include:

• audio advertisements;
• pre-roll or in-stream advertisements;
• display advertising;
• sponsorship messages;
• promotional offers; and
• clearly identified sponsored content.

NEET BAND may work with advertisers, sponsors, educational institutions, coaching centres, healthcare organisations, publishers, brands, or other appropriate partners.

Advertisements and sponsored content should be reasonably distinguishable from NEET BAND's independent educational content.

The appearance of an advertisement on NEET BAND does not mean that NEET BAND guarantees, certifies, or endorses every claim, product, service, institution, or offer made by the advertiser.

Users and, where applicable, their parents or guardians should independently evaluate advertised products, services, institutions, and offers.

Our processing of personal information in connection with advertising is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection and advertising laws.

14. Third-Party Services

NEET BAND may depend on third-party service providers, including:

• hosting and cloud providers;
• content delivery networks;
• payment gateways;
• analytics providers;
• advertising providers;
• email and communication services;
• authentication providers;
• audio-streaming or technology services; and
• other infrastructure or software providers.

Some third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

NEET BAND is not responsible for independent actions or services of third parties outside our reasonable control.

However, nothing in this section limits any responsibility or obligation that NEET BAND cannot lawfully exclude under applicable law.

15. Google Login and Other Social Login

If you choose to use Google Login or another third-party login service, you authorise us to receive the account information necessary to provide the login functionality, depending on the permissions you approve.

This information may include information such as your name, email address, profile identifier, or profile information.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the third-party account associated with your NEET BAND login.

Our collection and use of personal information through login services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Privacy and Children's Data

Your use of NEET BAND is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

Because NEET BAND may be used by children and teenagers, we take the handling of personal data relating to minors seriously.

Where parental consent, age verification, parental authorisation, or other safeguards are required by applicable law for the processing of a minor's personal data, NEET BAND may implement appropriate measures to meet those requirements.

Parents and guardians should review our Privacy Policy before allowing children to create accounts or use services that involve the collection of personal information.

17. Service Availability

We aim to keep NEET BAND available and functioning properly but do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.

Access may occasionally be interrupted because of:

• maintenance;
• technical problems;
• software updates;
• hosting or infrastructure failures;
• internet outages;
• cyberattacks;
• payment-provider issues;
• third-party service interruptions; or
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of NEET BAND when reasonably necessary.

If a paid service is discontinued in a manner that materially prevents access to a service already paid for, any refund or remedy will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies and applicable law.

18. Changes to Content and Features

We may periodically add, remove, revise, reorganise, or update:

• study songs;
• lyrics;
• notes;
• questions;
• quizzes;
• classes;
• subjects;
• chapters;
• subscription plans;
• member benefits;
• advertisements;
• prices; and
• platform features.

A subscription does not guarantee that every individual song, chapter, subject, feature, or item of content will remain permanently available.

However, we will comply with applicable consumer-protection requirements where a material change substantially affects a paid service.

19. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NEET BAND, WisdomArrow Ventures Private Limited, its directors, employees, representatives, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use NEET BAND.

NEET BAND does not accept liability merely because a student:

• receives lower-than-expected marks;
• fails an examination;
• does not achieve a desired academic result;
• relies exclusively on NEET BAND instead of prescribed learning resources; or
• experiences interruption of service outside our reasonable control.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating directly to a paid NEET BAND subscription will not exceed the amount paid by the relevant user for that subscription during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This section is subject at all times to applicable law.

20. No Professional Advice

NEET BAND primarily provides educational content and general information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, NEET BAND does not provide personalised:

• academic counselling;
• medical advice;
• psychological advice;
• legal advice;
• financial advice; or
• professional examination counselling.

General educational, eye-health, wellbeing, or study-related information appearing on the platform should not be treated as a substitute for individual advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Decisions concerning study planning, examination preparation, healthcare, coaching, school performance, or academic choices should be made with appropriate guidance where necessary.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to NEET BAND where a user:

• materially violates these Terms;
• misuses the service;
• attempts unauthorised access;
• unlawfully distributes paid content;
• commits fraud;
• repeatedly abuses the platform or other users;
• attempts to defeat platform security or payment restrictions; or
• engages in conduct that materially harms NEET BAND or another user.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy a violation before termination.

Serious misuse, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or intellectual-property infringement may result in immediate suspension or termination.

The effect of termination on any payment or refund will be determined according to the circumstances, our Refund Policy, and applicable law.

22. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify WisdomArrow Ventures Private Limited against reasonable claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising directly from:

• your unlawful use of NEET BAND;
• your material violation of these Terms;
• your unauthorised commercial exploitation of NEET BAND content; or
• your infringement of another person's intellectual-property or other legal rights.

This provision does not apply to liability caused by NEET BAND where such liability cannot lawfully be transferred or excluded.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and other mandatory jurisdictional provisions, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of NEET BAND shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Nothing in this section is intended to restrict any consumer right to approach a competent consumer commission, authority, or other forum available under applicable law.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technology, or applicable legal requirements.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Where a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the website, account area, email, or another appropriate method.

Where applicable law requires specific consent to a change, we will seek such consent.

Continued use of NEET BAND following the effective date of updated Terms will constitute acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
