1. Introduction
Welcome to NEET BAND, an educational audio learning platform designed to help students memorize and revise faster through rhythm-based learning.
By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of NEET BAND.
2. Definitions

“We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to NEET BAND and its owner, Dr. Aarofil Shaikh.

“Subscription” means paid access to premium NEET BAND content through MemberPress or similar systems.

4. Account Registration and Access

We do not store your payment card details.
Subscription fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may vary by region or plan.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure where the service is not delivered.
If your payment fails or your subscription expires, access to premium content will be restricted until renewed.
6. Use of Content
All songs, study materials, lyrics, and other content on NEET BAND are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or modify content without written permission.
Upload NEET BAND content to YouTube, social media, or third-party platforms.
Use the platform or its content for commercial, promotional, or non-educational purposes.
You may:
Stream or download permitted content for personal, non-commercial learning use.
Share official NEET BAND links for educational promotion.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property on NEET BAND — including the logo, brand name, audio songs, lyrics, text, illustrations, and website design — belongs to Dr. Aarofil Shaikh.
Unauthorized reproduction, sale, or distribution of our content will lead to legal action under applicable copyright laws.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use NEET BAND for any illegal or harmful activity.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the website.
Upload offensive, violent, or copyrighted material.

Violation of these terms may result in permanent suspension or legal action.
